I'm wanting to swap to a 6.0 within the next couple weeks/months. I'm not sure what the simplest option would be. Should I buy the stock longblock. Then add Patriot Stage II heads + ???cam and go? Or should I buy a shortblock, add ARP bolts, forged pistons, then heads and cam? I guess the question I have is, do I need to get ARP bolts/forged pistons put on? Can I get by with the stock shortblock? I may spray occasionally (no more than 100shot). But mostly I just want a ride that hauls ass on a moderate budget. I already have LT headers + exhaust, an air intake, and a Nelson tune. Thanks.
