5.3 to 6.0 or 5.3 to 6.2?

I am trying to get a little info on here I know if I get an 07 NBS 6.0 I will only need a tune. But what about 5.3 to 6.2?
I know the tranny will need swaped but will a tune make the 5.3 to 6.2 swap work or do I need alot of other things?

I know of some 08 guys that have done it. but not 07. I would think any aftermarket mail order tuner could do it.
