True but the 4x4 80e swap takes a bit more work than the reg 2wd swap, if you have the time and the $ go for it

I would not leave your truck there overnight. These guys sound like fly by night a holes anyway. You have too much invested in your truck to let them take it out and run the pi$$ out of it. Tell them you want your money back and report them to the BBB if they don't.

then jump on it imo, if you need some help you might be able to talk me into it , or are you considering someone doing the conversion for you? i would sugest putting a shift kit in it and a converter (circle D my suggestion)

Hey mad do you have bed and front fender flares with the cut bed? and do you work at discount tire at mason and i10?

geeze man, that sucks. I went with performabuilt even before my stock one broke so I have a backup just in case. Also, whenever I HAVE to leave my truck somewhere I tune it for speed limiter of 30 and rev limiter of 3000, just because I know if someone dropped off a 450hp truck I would sure as hell want to see what it would do.

ima just go ahead and put myself out there...........
i got my tranny rebuilt by these guys in mid feb and paid 1500 for a awd 65e 'competition level 1' rebuild. a month and a half later the tranny starts slipping and i take it back and they tell me itll be 500 to fix it. so i say no and walk about.2 weeks ago it finally went out.took it to another tranny shop and had them break it open infront of me. EVERYTHING was stock. input shaft was broken amongst other things.........

so to the OP id have another shop look at it.

as for me.im putting a lawsuit against them
