Yeah, but Stew's truck is a freak. And he has it setup up perfectly + he has almost maxed that thing out on N/A.

True. Women and trucks don't mix. Keep it all hidden. Treat your truck like a really hot mistress.

L92 heads are badass already! Just replace the valves with the lighter LS3 valves can call it done for a while. Plus, that'll help you save your ass from being kicked by the Fiance.

quik: i understand about saving cash on the 80E but the cheapest built 60E ive found thats made for real hp is about 2500. which ive heard of people breaking them too, thats the only reason to upgrade to the 80E.

as far as the gears id rather brand new so i know how they're treated. a friend of mine is on his 2nd rear end an the truck only has 45k on it. might just be a waste but atleast i know its done right.

Tyler: yeah his truck is INSANE
also i found a set of LS3 valves w 8k on them on LS1tech.com 175shipped. then i been reading some guys are finding them for 185.00 so we'll see.

i cant treat the truck like a really hot mistress. im the bread winner until shes done with Nursing school then shes gonna make the dough come on baby!!! daddy wants a 40hr week job again lol. then ill be able to go insane with the truck...maybe a TVS2300

well looks like my L92 swap just got more expensive lol it'll be worth it though

Tyler, i cant wait to cut that cam..it's gonna prove itself im sure.

quick: you may talk me into a 3600 though my friend just picked one up for his cammed 6.0 like a 228/232 on a 112 so we'll see.

lemme make sure this is the parts list:

    LS3 valves
    Custom cam/Valve springs/Pushrods(7.400" right?)
    lifters
    lifter trays
    LS2 damper
ARP head bolts(i like Tqin' once vs a tq to yeild bolt)
    L92 Head gaskets

    1 7/8 LTs later
    3.5" exhaust(Denali has that i think)

    Detroit Tru-Trac
    4:10s
    Master rebuild kit
    TA Cover

Might need a better Driveshaft before all of it lol
    Mild built 80E
    3400/3600 stall
    2008 GMC CCSB 6.2/6L80e swap
    Gen IV 5.3/60e swap 1994 ecsb W/T

If you can find new ones for only $10 more, do those. But $175 shipped for 8K miles is better than $240 + shipping for new ones, IMO.

The stock length pushrod for the L92 is 7.325, just as all of the Gen III motors (LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6), except for the LS7 which is 7.750.

A 7.400" standard pushrod is gunna be just fine..it will help tone down the valvetrain clatter just a little bit...

seems like yoru stuck buying a trans from a sponsor. you can have a local guy build you a badass 60.

the difference between some of the large name companys and the local guy building it is the NAME tag
    2002 Lightning - GT headed 5.5Litre w/ Twin 7665s
    2002 Silverado - 427Lsx w/ Twin gt4202s
    2010 Silverado crewcab Z71 - 5.3litre w/ procharger
    2000 Wrangler - 5.3litre with some stance
    2014 Xsport- 3.5 Eco boost
    412 Motorsports

it ain't that I'm too big to listen to the rumors, It's just that I'm too damn big to pay attention to 'em..That's the difference
