    another cam recommendation

I have a 2007 new body GM crew cab 1500 has the 5.3 ho I am going to order a circle D converter 3000rpm what is the best cam to go with that ? I have 2 cams already but neither are the greatest I have an 02 z06 cam and a hot cam ? the truck has an exhaust headers, cold air, and its 4 wheel drive with 33's. If I run the zo6 I can avoid the tune right ? I guess it does'nt matter I have new era here in NY do all my tuning anyway. Let me know what you guys run in your 4x4's for a daily driver.

What size gears do you have with those 33's?

Tune is going to help it out alot no matter what cam you go with.

Well a 212/218 .595/.590 LSA114 custom is little stouter than the high lift comp. Since you have a 3000 stall the tr220 would do great!

I have 3.73 gears what do you think about a 218/228 114 .550/.550 is that too big for my four wheel drive and 33" tires.

That's about the exact same cam I'm gonna run in my truck. It definently is not too big a cam. The only difference is, I'm gonna run 4.10 gears.
