Its a pretty easy repair.
I have one trick for you. When you take the 3 bolts out of the back of the bearing you will find that the hub has rusted itself in place. If you reinstall the bolts and back them out about 3/8" you can hit the head of the bolt with an air hammer, which will drive the bearing out.
The only special tool you'll need is the big socket to take the axle nut off. I can't remember the size off hand
