    6.5 to 6.0....

I am currently in the process of doing a swap from a 6.5 diesel, to a 6.0 gasser. Where is the best place to get wiring and also to get computer reflash? Don't worry, the engine bay will be a whole lot better looking when I am done. Any other tips, tricks and secret will be very appreciated.....

I also forgot to mention that it will no longer be a dually. It is a 1/2 ton, swb, crewcab.

What are you planning for transmission? Are you putting a regular bed on it? What other plans for the truck?

God that'd be a toss up for me. I like 6.5's (the older ones)

WIsh I would have known that earlier and I would have sold you one.lol. I wouldn't wish that headache of owning one on my worst enemy.
    Few updates......
Got harness in from Sand and Street Performance. My lack of knowledge to this conversion caused me not to order relays so now I have to order relays and fuses.
Also got a set of headers from Sanders. When trying to install them, I found a broken header bolt in the block. Tried to get it out with an e-z out, and broke the e-z out off in the bolt. Took the head off and decided to take the other off and have them both looked at since I had gone that far.
As soon as I get the heads back, I am going to get cranking on it again. I have alot of work to do before I get to install it. I still need to paint the engine and do a bunch of clean up work on the fire wall.
