its easy. Only need to make like 5 connections. Battery, ignition, fuel pump, tach. and speedo. the rest is plug and play.

Have you done it? Is there really a wire in the harness for the speedo? I have a 91 with a 700r4 so I thought it would be more trucky than that. What about the body harness like headlights and turn signals and stuff? Is it easy to seperate the TBI harness from this stuff?

Mine isnt done yet. But I have the harness from Nelson. The body harness is different. It stays. The harness you buy from nelson will have the vss for the transmission. The new harness will replace the old one. Ill get you a pic of mine.

Pretty strait forward. everything is labeled were it needs to either plug in, or splice ect.

Thanks for all the information and feed back. I do have someone to help with the wiring, and as far as computer work I am using Herron Performance.

That sounds pretty sweet. Thanks for layin it out for me. Now is it hard to seperate the tbi engine harness from the body harness? I thought they might be loomed together or intertwined somehow.

Actually i am not sure. I reposted that from a member that sent it to me i talked to him on the phone and seen the work. Looks clean. But he takes out what you do not need and relabels every wire. so there is not and confusion on where it goes.

The cheap guys are very tempting but considering how terrible I am at wiring I will probably go with Nelson to ensure quality.
