Bottom line, Scorpion's FORMER configuration was not quite strong enough, but the new ones are.
well its nice when a manufacturer stands behind their product, so roll with it. Glad things are getting cleared up for ya bro

Sounds kinda like when Comp had their 918 spring problems with a 'bad batch.' I am not scared running them--or scared to run them in the future--cause I know they have excellent products and they have fixed the problem. Scorpion rockers are pretty damn good...so I would have them send me a new set and run them. IF this issue comes around again, THEN bad mouth them and not use their products.

Good point Tyler. I guess I was so quick to trash them cuz that broken rocker arm left me stranded for about 8 hours. It could have been worse though. I do remember someone saying ANY part can fail right before my rocker arm failed

I know this is an old thread but I just got a set of these in a deal and was wondering if there is some way to tell if I have a set from the "weak" batch. Also are they replacings the weak batch even if they arnt broken yet?
