My beater is 91 sonoma longbed. My question is strictly major component replacement requirements to my chassis. The body is ignorable as this frame will get a 51 Chevy truck. Here's where I'm at. It's getting to the point of dumping money into my stock engine, but I'll soon have my 5.3. I've decided to swap the engine into this chassis ignoring that I might have to redo some mounts and shorten my driveshaft. I'm at a mental standstill with what to do with stuff such as radiator, and clearance items that I can ignore when swapping chassis'. The 51 I believe will get a 67-70 289 mustang aluminum radiator; however the last thing I want to do is dump money into chassis specific crap on this thing. Any primary sources out there?
