    Im looking for 42# injectors before anything. Anyone have any cam recomendations? I gotta tell ya, Im feeling a little overwhelmed, I never really did anything like this before, and if I do one thing wrong thats it so i really appreciate any imput you have to give. Thanks. Id like to see maybe 400hp out of it.

    thoe 317 cast heads?


    theres alot you can do with the 6.0 just depends on how far ya willing to take it

    yep 317s, I got it from some backwoods rednecks, the said it was a 2000, but after reading around, like Quik said pre 2001 lq4 head were cast iron. I dont know what year it is now.

    About 20 minutes from Harrisburg. Map quest looks like a 4 hour drive for you.

    If you look along the bottom edge of the head you will find the VIN number inscribed on them. With that you can find out what year vehicle they came off of.
