    In my humble opinion-- U R #1

    when it gets down to answering technical questions .

    I got out of the auto-mech trade along time ago. About 1884 or maybe 1984. It was just starting to go nuts with computer controls. Toyota would keep hiding the black box in different locations [to keep it save in a crash I was told ].
    Flat rate if I remember was about .5 hour to replace one!
    It would take that long just to find it!

    but then
