i was having the same issue with my truck. the pinion angle was off and at 70mph it was vibrating pretty good at 90 it was unbareable. i shimmed my trans and rear end and got the pinion angle pretty close to where it needs to be i can do 110 now before it starts vibrating pretty bad. but im running 4:56 gears and id imagine my drive shaft is spinning pretty darn fast at 110.

currently my trans is at 0 degrees and my rear end is set at -1 id like it to be at -2 or -3 but i need a bigger shim.

since you have a 4link out back, you really need to make the pinion match the tranny or get it close. Example....if tranny is pointed down 3 degrees make the pinion point up 3 degrees if the tranny is higher than pinion. And since you have a 4link you don't need to overcompensate for pinion roll like a leafspring setup...

Also when you are measuring, reference everything to the bottom of the frame under the cab. Don't go off the ground...
