shift kit install questions
Im going in put my transgo kit in tomarrow and I have a few questions.
what kind of torque do the valve body bolts get.
do I have to grind the manual valve like it says. Im worryed I may mess it up.

the valve body bolt torque really love at like 10 or 15 lbs cant remember exactly just make sure the manual valve moves easy in the body..

6-10 ft/lbs is spec for an 04. 15 might break them off.

The kits in. Everything went pretty smooth. shifts nice when in drive but when you take off in first it jumps to second real quick then comes back down to first and I can hold it to any rpm. but it didnt do it all the time. Is it learning or do I need a tune so it will act rite I have a Diablo rite now.

How hard was it to install the shift kit? You installed the HD-2, right? I want to install a shift kit and servos, but cannot justify the $300+ install price when I can turn a wrench.

Honestly man it was pretty easy but very intimidating cuz I have never done one. But if u take ur time its not bad.
