    lol i seen some of those sets from rainbow that are way up there. i'm too cheap to buy an ipod or or a cd......aint no friggin way im payin $1500 for a pair of components

    I run infinity kappas.. never heard before of rainbow nor CDT's.. read some about them and they seem to be GREAT.. as anyone tried them?? I don't mind spending that much money if I know they would sound as good as they cost.. are MB quart, JL audio very good?? what kind of amp would any of you run on a high $ componets like this?? BTW.. infinity components + Hifonics amp = CACA!

    Mb quarts are good, the jl ones I've installed were good but I wasn't as impressed with them as I am diamond or mb. One of the shops I worked for used to carry mbquart but we dropped them for diamond audio, I personally think they tie each other as far as sound quality.

    I've personally ran Diamond and CDT. I'm for the CDT.

    ok ya'll will say Im an idiot but I run the pioneer premier 6.5 components and think they are outstanding quality. also under 300 bucks. dont get me wrong I'm not a SQ (sound quiet) guy. but they keep up with my 4 12's and sound clean
