    it does'nt have a name at all does it? I'd be worried about quality of materials and how it was built, two factors determining how long it will last. Also, I've never heard any good about the ebay turbos. But on a plus side, your truck is now the official test mule, so start driving that damn thing

    there are a ton of ebay turbos running around. i don't just buy somethin without researching. with the right prep i feel comfortable this turbo will last me a long time

    A few months ago a guy brought his twin turbod fbody down to were i used to work to get a sd tune and the guy had built his kit 3 years ago with ebay turbos and was his daily driver. no problems at all he said. made 600 untill he was running out of fuel

    Sweet, so as long as you break them in well and take care of them, they should last. Good to know.

    Ive heard that some of the compressor housings are actually epoxyed together.
    04 GMC Regency - Building a 6.0 Comp 7.4" Hi-Tech Pushrods, Patriot Performance 8401 Spring Kit, Comp Double Roller Timing Chain, ARP Rod Bolts, ARP Head Bolts, Cam - I dont know yet, any suggestions???

    this one was not epoxied together. if you do your research these turbos will live...this particular turbo is still goin actually

    Everyone bashes these ebay turbos. I have never personally owned one, but I do know a kid who put one on his mirage set at 8 psi. Its been on there for 3 years without any problems. Maybe its hit or miss...or maybe its people who install a turbo kit with inproper oiling and drain problems. Not everyone who installs a turbo kit knows what they are doing.
