Scarbrow, I just posted some pics of my pedal as it is mounted now in another post in this forum (needs to be repainted still though). For mounting, I used one of the existing pedal holes and the other was a cutting screw through the firewall. Works great and is positioned in the right spot from the brake pedal. It allows for the throttle to be fully depressed without contacting the floor mat first. I have seen a couple of different style DBW pedals though, and mine was out of an 04' Avalanche...so there may be some slight differences.
