    I had fun..but the track couldnt hold me...no prep at all....I had to run about 100 feet before I could hit the nitrous...It sucked...but my best was only a 8.2 but i guess if the track cant hold you what can you do?

    I had fun too. I was one of the slowest out with my 9.94 and I was even spinnin a little.

    Dont feel bad, I saw a white steak of concrete in the burnout area at Northstar last night. There weren't many paid attendees so I guess they didn't justify spraying new vht over the bare area.

    It was still fun...just disapointing thats all...I am chasing a goal and I knew i'd get it last night but track conditions didnt allow it....I probably wont run here again..sad really that I would rather drive to denton than race 10 minutes up the road..lol

    Denton is a quality track IMO. I see Texas Motor Speedway is going to run 1/8 mile drags down the pit road from turn 4 to about turn 2 of the legends track. They're starting the first Friday in July. They won't get my business probably but its still a cool idea.
