I just want use this site and i know don't need 30post to buy part from poeple on this site.
14. A minimum of 30 days AND 30 posts on the site is required in order "to sell" items in the classifieds section.

I see you found the rule and yes you must have 30 posts to post in the for sale section. You can PM the seller if you would like but you may not post in the for sale section until you meet the site requirements just the same as everyone else had to do.
