    Looks cheap and fake to me.

    I think it needs more testing. I know HHO cells can be made for a lot less than what they want. $650+ labor. HHO does work, but I have never seen one that looks like that.
    As for using as a meth kit, it doesnt work that way. The wiper fluid res is used as a water tank. The water is not directly injected into the intake, but the gas (HHO) thats extracted from the water through electrolysis is.
    I would say wait on this product until they follow up more on it. They are selling it like that one guy sold that cat converter dealeo. Chris Hansen bust that dudes chops. Even the people that were selling his deals didnt know they didnt work. But HHO does work. Honda and a few others have already made production cars that run either on HHO assist, or strait HHO.

    Have you seen the new systems they're developing using aluminum and gallium to create the hydrogen gas?
