    looking for some advice

hey guys, im just looking for a little advice for the future. got a 04 5.3 with 130,000mi. that tranny slips a little between 1-2 and once in a while 2-3, but only when it gets warmed up before either happen. my question is do i get it rebuilt or try to find a used one with low miles?? i don't need the 80, i use it more for getting around in snow and hauling stuff in the bed. not so much towing. you guys know way more about this stuff than i do so any input would help. thanks guys

try the survo first if it doesent fix it id get it rebuild by someone with a warranty so you dont have to worry about it yes it will be more than a used one but a safer route imo

ok, i'll get that servo in when i get a chance. and it wouldn't be the worst thing to get a rebuild with a warranty, then i know the tranny is good and don't have to worry about it
