Most things you can swap back and forth on the 5.3 and LS1 if thats what your asking.

From what I understand the 4.8, 5.3, 5.7 and 6.0 interchange parts as needed.

The 5.7 Vortec will not interchange parts with a 5.3, the LS1 will however, if thats what u meant. I think most parts can be swapped out for each other, there will be some come along with better responses than I can give.

Yeah I was just making sure, sorry man, I guess I am just use to people being completely idiots on Chevy Truck World! Thats why I like it better over here, most people actually have helpful and correct responses and arent just pullinginfo out of their butts.
