Is it worth P&P the stock heads or just getting some other ones? Keep in mind, I'm not made of money, but don't want to waste time with stock ones if it's not worth it

You'll gain upper mid range and top end with that cam.
Get a 3600 converter in there and you won't have to worry about lowend because the rpms will just right to midrange.

I'd suggest at least 3.73 gears for the setup as well.

go ahead and get your hands on some ls6 heads or ls1 heads and have them p&p and shaved down to like 0.005 so you wont drop any compression sens your lookin at a top end power band them heads should help more than the stock 5.3 heads may wont to swap the intake to a ls1 or 6 or a fast intake
