    LS1 swap for blazer

    Is it possible to swap out the 4.3 for an LS1. and if so what would be a rough estimate on how much it would cost to get the job done if purchasing a new motor pcm wires... also I just got the stock trans rebuilt....would i need to get a new trans?

    i'm trying to find info myself for a 5.3 swap in a 1999 4x4 blazer... nobody wants to give up any!
    -2005 1500 Z71 ECSB 6.0 swap, Cooks Racing 4L80E, NP261HD, Carolina Driveline 5" shaft, CST Tie-Rods, front mount 76mm, Livernois hot pipes, Circle-D 258mm (~3500), Mallory 2-step, 100 Dry shot, 750CC RC Eng. Inj, Nelson Tuned, 4.10's, all through a STOCK 10-bolt

    I know that it can be done, a guy that has a performance shop where I live had a 2001 i think 2 door blazer with a LQ4/4L80 with a single turbo setup on it, ran 10.90's all day at the track
