Get the extension wiring from Katech for the cam sensor and map sensor extensions, available from Katech or SDPARTS.com and then you can reuse the stock truck harness on the LS2 engine.

Forgot, the reluctor wheel on the crankshaft, 52x. It will use a completely different PCM. Your best resolve for this will be to verify it has the 52x wheel and if so replace the wheel on the crankshaft with the older reluctor wheel.

No, GTO's were 24x 2004-06. You're on the right track with everything else.

TBOtruck: Along with the harness extensions for the cam/MAP sensors, you'll have to rework the knock sensor wiring. The LS2 has the knock sensors on the side of the motor, not in the valley like your 2000. I have heard of guys taking threading the GenIII sensors into the bosses on the side of the block. I believe you need to rework the threads, I can find out for you. Or, you can have the knock sensors cal'd out. With the 10.9 compression of the LS2, I do not recommend that, but it is an option.

Finally, do you plan to run the LS2 intake, or the current 5.3L intake? The LS2 Tbody will have clearance issues with the stock truck belt drive, but there are kits to remedy that. It would also drive issues with return vs. non-return fuel, so I recommend you reuse your stock intake you probably have upgraded the injectors already with the turbo setup. If you are keeping the turbo, you may want to try and drop the CR a bit. Simplest way is a set of 317 heads. They are ~10cc bigger than the 243 head that's on the LS2. Luckily the 243 heads are worth $$ to people so you might be able to sell it and get the 317's for as much, if not less $$ than you sold the 243's for.

HTH, feel free to ask away.
