    Question Speaker size nnbs?

    What are the speaker sizes in an extended cab nnbs (Front and rear doors)?? Need some better sound.
    '08 Silverado Ext Cab 4x4, 5.3L, 3.73... K&N FIPK, Bully Dog, GM Performance cat-back exhaust, Removed rear block (leveled), KMC Badlands 18x9 with Cooper Zeon 285/60

    Yeah, they are 6.5's. But hey, don't go replacin door speakers until you change the head unit, i noticed a big difference in my stock door speakers after i got a kenwood. But if your gonna do it big, look at Rodin (Its a PDF) (Formerly known as Phoenix Gold) they've been around for a lonnnnng time.

    they are 6.5's but if I remember correctly you either need some spacers or destroy the original speaker and mount the aftermarket one to it. Don't hold me to this as it has been almost a year since I was in the car stereo biz. As said before, replace the head unit first (Eclipse or Kenwood IMO). New speakers on a factory radio is like breast implants on an ugly chick.
