Swapping a 6.0 into an 01' ext. cab with 4.8

Hello everyone. Just looking for a little info. Like i said im about to do the 6.0 swap into a 4.8 silverado. I know it should be a pretty easy swap but just wanted to see if im missing anything. From what i can tell most of the parts are the same externally. The motor i have is complete so i shouldnt really need anything else, or am i missing something? As far as mods go i have a Yank 3000 stall with lockup for overdrive, putting a custom cam and comp valve springs in it and already have a tuner lined up to tune it. Im currently trying to decide what headers to go with. Want to stay away from pacesetter and obx.
    working on 01' ext cab.
    6.0l swap
    any help appreciated

Welcome to the site. Step into the newbie section and introduce yourself. Where do you reside? You'll get that question many times so you might as well add it to your profile. There are a lot of header manufacturers today, pacesetter, obx, hooker, The Other Guyz, arizona speed and marine, LLP or something like that and many more. Forget the Doug Thorleys and Dynatechs.
