Kinda waiting for a response as well T. I went over and pulled the starter, the balancer using the GM set, the front cover, timed it and let him verify the dots, guided him on the stick swap (LOL), helped retorque the top gear/chain and cover, pulled my big-ole digital wrench to tighten the balancer while he held the flexplate, reinstalled the water pump and radiator, and patted him on the back and left him to swap springs (he had air and the plugs were out). There was an issue with a couple valve locks.

Rob, you there? Call you tomorrow...

Give the tune a couple days. After seeing Ryan's truck I know Allen idles them pretty fast. I'm sure he's working around an in gear stall or AC performance problems. You should take the '06 by a nose eventually. Your brother's car should be a non-issue.

Pull the valve covers and check all your rocker bolts.Sometimes they feel tight but after a few heat cycles they will loosen up a little.I dont know about yours but your going to have more valve train noise....i did anyway
