The harness, yes, the computer, not so sure of

depending on the production date of the truck you may have to get the ecm from the 6.0 truck due to the 99 v6 engines still using the 4 connector ecm.Look at the connectors on the ecm and if it just has two then you should be good to go,just get it retuned for the 6.0
Just have Nelson Performance send you a new computer tuned and ready to go!
