its not the leather white seats... they're just the standard cloth seats with the 30th anniversary symbol in them... it signifys it as a 30th anniversary but its not the legit 30th anniversay SS car ... most of the cars produced that year with multiple options were considered 30th anniversary cars just not everyone recognizes them as being... after the car is done no one will really know what it is so it really wont matter

No. Come on Natey--I thought you knew some stuff? Boy was I wrong. 1997 was the anniversary YEAR. And then there were actual anniversary edition cars. Like emblems, embroidered seats, floor mats...the whole bit. They even had Hugger Orange racing stripes. Hell, even a select few (100 cars to be exact) had the LT4 motor.

I know for a fact all the 2002's were 35th anny so I made the mistake of not looking at what year he was talking about. The LT4 cars were the only orange with white stripe and white houndstooth interior cars as far as I know. They did make regular LT1 cars in white with orange stripes. They did made 100 of the LT4's and we had one when I worked at Huffines....and it had a $10K mark-up. LOL

Wow...glad you can do math correctly Nate.

They made the actual 30th anniversary cars in Z28 and Z28 SS form. Of course those cars had the LT1. ALL 30th anniversary cars were white with orange stripes.

thats great i started a good little debate on those cars haha.... and idk about that ls7 that might go in the VHO if i can find some way to pay for it! (i guess thats the hopes and dreams for that truck) but as for now i'm just concentrated on finishing the 78 trans am.... and hopefully i'll be getting ahold of an ls1 for the camaro sometime this spring/summer... for now i'm really done with the VHO prolly the only thing left to do to it is build some different type of custom sub box and maybe mold some 6x9's into the back doors who knows its my daily driver so i dont wanna do anything too crazy to it, atleast not yet
