92 stock wiring harness

I've got a 6.0 going in my truck with a painless harness. What can I do with that ugly stock engine harness. Can I just cut out or remove all the engine controls other than what goes to the gauges so that It will look a lot cleaner under the hood. I hate clutter. Lol. Thanks

cut out what you're not using after its wired in. I do that all the time.
