    Header bolt sequence?

Got my LT's and am ready to put them on, but I want to make sure I get the torquing pattern down so they don't leak? Also anybody know the ft/lbs? Thanks!

Get them all snugged up first, then start in the middle and work your way out.

X2, I've also had GREAT success using the steel exhaust gaskets (factory gaskets) with a light skim of high temp copper silicone on them, I've yet to have a set leak!

    05 , 6.0L , 22 ft lbs then 90*(degrees) , then 70*(degrees) , works out to around 75-80 ft lbs .
ARPs say 85 ft lbs .
Now what is a tune again?

    Huh?

All of the header bolts would break off in the head at that spec. I got my post from GM Service Information for an 04 but an 05 is the same. I think you're thinking of the HEAD bolts.
