I've been looking at LQ4/LQ9 motors and I was wondering what would be involved in putting the L92 heads/L92 truck manifold on a 6.0? I know the combustion chamber on the L92 is larger the the 6.0 head, so it would probably be better to put this set-up on a LQ9 since it already has a higher compression than the LQ4. That's about all I know.. I'm wondering would my exhaust manifolds on a 2004 5.3 silverado work on the L92 head and would this be a plug and play swap, just like the 6.0? Also, what would be a good cam with this set-up using stock exhaust manifolds?
