Stock locks/ retainers with yellow springs?

I'm going to be doing my cam swap within the next month, I'm planning on the asa cam and the yellow ls6 springs, mainly because of $$$. Is it safe to reuse the stock locks and retainers with these springs or are they too strong and will bust stuff up? How about the seals too, the 5.3's got 146K on it, and I've had it since 98K, changed the oil ever 3K with synthetic and don't really pound it at all? Any advice you guys got I'm open too...thanks!

You'll get mixed opinions, but I'd reuse them.
If your engine isn't smoking, keep the stock seals.

    good luck,

be sure to get Nelson performance to tune for that cam. Good choice on cam BTW. Be ready for some choppy idles.
