Thats rough man, here in NH empty cans in the bed are fine...I suppose if you had a beer window (what we call the rear opening windows!), a bed full of empties and your sobriety was remotley in question, it would serve as probable cause ...Originally Posted by tanz45

You can get an open container ticket for empties in the bed in TX but a DUI requires you to fail one of the tests.
Just don't drive with windows down and the slider open, or the damn things fly back inside after you see it hovering in the rear view mirror for a sec. LOL

Four by Four to the floor.
don't worry about the cans, they are just pespi cans, lol.
but mods are 3in BL, 3in blocks in the rear, cranked the tbars like 1/2in(all i could get outta them) 315s on black DC-1s, then got a PATC raptor jr trans, toolbox, and the cb antenna. Future mods are 03-up tail lights, u-bolt flip, and cherry bomb extreme(hopefully next week on the muffler), then later this month blackbear custom tune!
