    this was a wheil back at the track i spun threw 1st and 2nd and this pass was with out nitrous i have had a pass with a 115 mph but it was all top end with the nitrous and i dont have the time slip but when i go back to the track i will post a vid so some people dont think im bsing ...vids dont lie along with time slips

    when i was getting the work done i told them that i wanted 500 hp with a stock bottom end and they said the only way to do that out of a 4.8 was with nitrous

    i have only hit the nitrous 2 times and i need to reprogram the electronics but i lost the manual


    and yes it is a manual with a stag four slp clutch

    yup this is my second trans it is the getrag trans as some people call it this happend in 06


    i was racing my freinds stage three rouch mustang and blew out the drive shaft and that is what it looked like when i picked it up on the interstate ,when it poped it also warped the main shaft in the trans and messed up all the syncronizers and some other stuff and a buddy works at the dearlwer ship out here and got me a knew trans at cost

    the trans wasnt the only thing it bent driver side four link bars , pushed in one side of gas tank, ripped out all my rear air lines and crushed one side of my borla mufler.

    so yea it hurt the pocket more than anny thing

    my 4.8 didnt last long at the high hp level, i was prolly at 450 or so and it lasted a week....lol... ya, get a slip posted, that way we can have another manual tranny truck on the fastest truck list. nice ride BTW

    im waiting on a manual for the nitrous electronics them im going back to the track and ill post a slip....did you have a stock bottem end or what where your add ons?

    ya, stock 4.8, except the 60# injectors and 10 psi turbo. it went 13.9 at 109 in the 1/4 babying it off the line. i havent run my new setup yet. i will wed tho.

    yea i have to feather the cluth big time off the line also even with out the nitrous ....i think to me having the 20s doesnt help out much because wonce you get that weight spining over it wants to keep going that why i want to get some slicks and see what she would do
