    Well....

    After about 4 hours of cutting, cussing and some conversation with Lance I got my old harness cut apart and put back in the truck. Also got the temp sensor and op sensor installed. Now all I am waiting on is my other harness to arrive in the mail + all the misc stuff I gotta do... Its getting close I can feel it




    Tired ol' 5.7, 5.3 swap in progress

    Not quite I had someone do my 5.3 harness but you have to remove some stuff from the old 5.7 harness and reuse it also...

    haha the fun is only begining! looks good in there man. keep the hopes high. you will hit small dub projects that take forever but its all worth it! cant wait for another obs 5.3 yesah!

    Looking good Aaron, I'm anxious to see what the harness is going to look like when you get it back. I knew once you got started on the wiring it would all come together for you. If we did our homework on the old harness and your guy did his on the new harness I bet it starts on the first try after the engine builds oil pressure. Don't forget to ask the guy making your harness for the N/S switch pigtails so you can swap them out to be safe. After seeing that harness on the floor at your house it sure reminded me when I was a virgin. LOL
