Swap help Needed

Well here goes nothing. I am about to do 2 swaps in trucks. One will be a 67 chevy short fleet and the other one a 72 short fleet.

The 67 has bought for it a 04 tahoe 5.3L motor and 4l60e

The 72 has bought for it an 06 5.3L and 4l60e

I worked for chevrolet dealers for years so my buddy gave me the pinouts for the 06 motor with DBW. I do not have the pedal assembly for the 06 motor. Which one should I buy? Also I am mechanically inclined so if someone can tell me what wires to pull out of the harness that will save me some money there and then recommend where to send the PCM for the tune and eliminate the VATS?

I bought the tubular motor mount kits from performanceonline.com and the motor mounts themselves. I now need the plates to mount to the motor for the conversion to the plates. Does anyone recommend where to purchase them?

Finally, I want to do cam swaps in both of the motors to get a little more power out of them. They will have 22" wheels in the back with 3:73.1 posi rearends in them as well. So something driveable and more streetable power. Longwinded I know but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Also I want to run cruise in the trucks and they will have electric cooling fans. I also have the fuel tanks for 2002 camaros so the fuel tanks will have the fuel pumps in them..
