    Question Striping . . .

OK, I've had most of my previous trucks tastefully pinstriped, and been considering having something done on my '08 Denali. I got to playing with some blue painter's tape this morning before work.

I actually used a blue fairly close to the color of this tape on my '05 2500HD CC, and I'm considering a wider blue stripe (like this 3/4" tape), along with a couple of contrasting colors for an upper and lower pinstripe.

    Comments or suggestions?

I like the look of old school pin striping too, but in my opinion not on a new and slick looking truck like yours. The great part about this hobby is it your truck and if you like the look on your truck you can add them. So if you like it sure go for it.

Thanks for all your input, guys.

I have re-thought my design, and believe I'm going to go ahead with some striping, using something like the attached pics. No hood stripe, this design is sorta like the old Yenko designs from back in the late 60's and early 70's.

Just gotta decide on colors now.

    Further comments?
