    Another Newbie from Houston

Hey Guys.....just wanted to check in and say hi. Definitely new to the big trucks. I'm usually messing with the smaller breed (Syclone and Typhoon) but needed a tow rig and something to haul parts in comfortably. So I picked up an old 2002 1500HD 4x4. Seems to be a really nice truck.....but want to get some more umph out of the 6.0. It's just a big heavy truck. So anyway....thinking about about building an LSX stroker for it and dropping an MP122 on top of it. I'm not entirely familiar with the 6.0's or the MP's so if anyone is aware of any problems with this plan.....a heads up would be greatly appreciated. Hope to meet some of you at some get-togethers and here's to a good year......

Ha...a built 6.0L and a 122 will be more than enough! That would be a badass combo, IMHO. You could even get away just doing a cam, CAI, headers, TB, pulleys, 122, and meth. That would be the ticket!

Yea I thought about doing the whole 6.0 build...but I usually build a complete setup on the side for a weekend swap situation. Plus...I like cubes...lol so figured I just do the LSX incase I ever wanted to over do it like I do all my other builds....lol

Thanks for the welcome guys.....and gals....and look forward to building a nice truck.
