alright so I have a 1979 sierra and i am making a seat swap. I got seats from an 04 silverado and I am having trouble fitting them inside the cab...I am not sure if I have to cut out the floor and move the gas tank or custom make brackets...has anyone ever done a project like this or know someone who has?

just drill the holes and put em in or you might be able to get the seat rails for the 04s and bolt those in. i changed my 95 interior to a 2002, and it was the same process.
