So trade my 224/230 for your 244/248?

Then sell the 232/234 I just bought.

    Then install the 244/248.

So I wouldn't be out any money. Sorry - I'm a dork - gotta type it out so I can understand it.

How would that cam do with my setup? Keep in mind it's my daily driver...

Man - that just seems huge to me. This is my daily driver. My mods will be what you see in my sig.

Would it kill my gas mileage? Any negative effects?

IT was in my truck in the video in my sig.
It will drive about like Virgils old truck did, but on the 114+3, it wont be as peaky.
I would rather trade for the 232/234 112.
If I dont sell it quick, I'm gonna keep it.

Moze, you are putting the wrong combo together for gas mileage.

Starting to get into a battle of opinions I think.

I'll say this: I'm running what I've bought as far as the torque converter goes. So whatever cam works best for the setup in my sig is what I'm going to run.

As far as gears, my plan was 410's but I don't have them yet...

Moze, IMO, your stall will be tight and on the street will be "ok", but will work great if you spray it. This is assuming you will stick with the 232 cam. It will work better with that cam than with the 244.
