    New from San Antonio

    Hello guys i am some what new to the site i have been on here for awhile just not a member. Anyways my name is Brandon and i have been getting the ls1 bug for awhile now i have two gen iii truck a 2003 chevy rcsb and 2006 gmc ext cab. My 03 has pacesetter long tubes and off road y pipe and flowmaster duals and cold air intake and fast tune and 20" wheels. My 2006 gmc i just getting started i have cold intake and 20' wheels on it and i just got my new us speedo cluster for it and my headers or up nexted for it. I also have 74 nova thats for drag that I am think of building a ls-1 for and taking the bbc out.

    welcome and keep that BBC and just build it up. Unless your doing a pro- touring bulid.

    Word... Good choice on the trucks... Sounds like you have the basic mods down pretty well..why not do some heads or a cam on the trucks? What size motors?

    Thanks for all the welcomes and i ve thought about heads and cams and even bought some 243 heads and crane vavle train setup and cam for my 03 but never got to put them in couse i ended up buying a house and sold them and as far as the 06 its my every day driver so i dont want to get to crazy with it. besides that i am selling the 03 now and i still have my drag car to have fun with. besides smokey seems to love me on the street they pull me over for just driving the 03 its kinda loud. And to answer the other question the 03 has a 4.8 and the 06 gmc is 5.3.
