You just remove your seats put the new one in and put your seats back in it should only be 4 bolts, dont forget to unplug your seats, like quick said youll have to pop off your trim and led's in the cup holder are pretty cool they'll light up you water or whatever with the color of your lights

sorry man i had two fold down consoles and gave them both to buddies, i would say ebay or a wrecking yard.

you have to make sure that you get the same year model and there is a piece that goes on your dash so that it fits right up i have a gray fold down console/seat for sale if thats what your looking for

Right now I'm still up in the air as to whether I want to replace the broken fold down console or just go with the full deal console and ditch the seat.
