i asked about the plugs because my truck stock were denso platinums. i changed those out and i currently have ngk platinums. i went to buy some acdelco platinums for my truck but apparently they aren't made anymore. i was only able to get iridiums but wasn't sure if they would work on my truck. i just wanted to know if you noticed any difference between the two plugs or if the iridiums have given you any problems.

about where you are located, i was gonna suggest asking someone that lives close to you to help out w/ the install of the cam. i think a cam install can cost $500+ depending on where you go.

From what Ive gathered, Iridium plugs work with just about anything. Acdelco makes some for about $7 a plug. they are pricey, but the make a difference and they have a 100k mile warranty, good luck proving the miliage if they fail, but i think Denzo makes a great set as well. The only down side to the plugs is the price. And the price you spoke of, did that include the cam? prob not hu? the plugs dont give a serious gain, but the throttle response is crisper. My wifes 4.3 felt allot better and gets better gas miles. it seems. my truck accelerates very well for the mods i have a video posted with me running 0-60mph in 7-7.5 seconds with just what I have on my sig

no, the price doesn't include cam, springs, or pushrods.

thanks man, i guess i go ahead and install those iridium plugs into my truck.
i think those platinums need to be swapped out anyway.
