Got my trangso put in last night and everything is good. With one washer in 1-2 accumulaor and a vette servo and stock line pressures(pcm) I get a real firm 1-2 firm 2-3 and improved 3-4. All shifts are much quicker now though. At wot I get a nice scratch on the 1-2 and jumps on the 2-3. I am enjoying it so far.
Same here I had mine done yesterday(TransGo shift kit with Corvette servo with two washers in the 1-2 accumulaor) and real nice firm shifts with a loud bark from the tires going into second (even with slicks). Still very comfortable under normal driving conditions. It was about $375 installed. I would not recommend doing this install unless you are very (and I mean very) familiar with transmissions (not for the weekend do it yourselfer). Mine was done at JAG Performance in San Antonio (a sponsor on our site). Thank you Joe, you always do fantastic work.
