I have a 1999 ecsb 4x4 with the 4.8. I want a 5.3 engine for it. Wondering if i could just do this: Tear down the bottom end of my 4.8 and buy a 5.3 crank for it and then i have a high compression 5.3..? will this work or create problems ?
