i purchased and paid for an item fron an individual on the site. he gave me a price and i agreed and paid the same day. it has been over 2 weeks since i paid and can't get ahold of the seller nor have i received my item. how should i go about getting this person known as a "shady" seller. i am handling the refund thru paypal.
just don't want anyone else to get taken like i probably did.

chargedLQ4 is his screenname. he had a list of parts w/ pics for sale. i needed an oil pan to seal my 6.0 up for storage. i pm'd him regarding a price shipped to my door. he said 60.00 shipped. i said ok and paid thru paypal the same day. this was a friday/saturday i paid. he replied via pm that it would be sent mon/tue the following week. well today is 2 weeks. i have pm's him. paypal says they can't do anything for me... im calling them and bitching them out as well. im just pissed cause now i am out $60.00 and STILL need an oil pan and dont have the money for one!!!!! seriously, if something came up then thats one thing. but he hasn't even contacted me after i left my phone number and all. thats what really pisses me off is that he is ignoring me!
either send me my 60.00 back or send me the oil pan.... sorry p.o.s.
