So my original condensor went to hell the other day and started pissin out freon and compressor oil out every where. Got a new condensor and my question is; is there any way to get the air out of the system without putting a vaccum on it? Or can i just charge the sytem and not worry about air pockets being in it?

Nope, you need to pump it down. The primary purpose of evacuating the A/C system is to remove moisture. If you have air in your system, you will also have moisture. Moisture can cause your expansion valve to freeze, and then your A/C no workie. Don't cheap out - have your system properly charged. You will appreciate it on those hot/humid SC days.
It would be cool if there were some gas developed that you could pressurize the system with that would grab all the moisture molecule in the a/c and drag them out the schraeder valve when you bled the gas back out. It would be so nice to not have to pull a vacuum before charging then a/c's would be owner servicable without buying or borrowing a vacuum pump from Vatozone.

They don't necessarily want HVAC systems to be user serviceable friendly. It would dramatically increase the amount of freon vented to the atmosphere.

have them put on a new reciever dryer while its apart. Its sorta like the filter for the system

Good suggestion, it actually has a dry pack in the canister that removes moisture from the system.

and the orifice tube. They are cheap. At least pull it out and check it doesn't have crud on it.
