    so if he's probably gonna be tearing the engine down, honing the cylinders & buying new pistons anyways, wouldn't it be worthwhile to go ahead & bore it out & get some 5.7 components - seeing's how it's a S/C'd nitrous engine?

    When I blew my ford up, bits of metal got in the oil and went through the entire engine. I would not even think twice about tearing it all the way down for inspection.
    GET OUT OF HERE WITH THAT RICER MATH!
